Wonder Girls snatched the number 1 spot on Music Bank for the 2nd week in a row with “Nobody.”
It’s been about 3 weeks since Wonder Girls first performed on Music Bank and they managed to take the no.1 spot for 2 weeks! Other opponents were Brown Eyed Girls and Big Bang.
SHINee to shine bright in Taiwan! October 10, 2008

SHINee are, of course, famous in Taiwan with their full album “SHINee World” and their song “You’re Like Oxygen” got appreciated and loved by many Taiwanese. SHINee’s “You’re Like Oxygen” reached number 2 on three music charts: Hit FM Asia Chart, G-Music, and ‘Five Music’.
A SM Entertainment representative said that SHINee was also popular in Taiwan when they released their “Noona is so Pretty”. They believe that SHINee now has the potential to be even more popular in Taiwan in the future.
In addition, SHINee is scheduled to perform a Special Stage on October 12th’s Inkigayo. They’re scheduled to perform four songs: LLO, NYSP, Graze, and One for Me.

Baek apologizes for online rumors of Choi Jin Shil October 10, 2008

Private information of a securities company staff that was allegedly contributed to the death of Choi Jin-Shil’s death was posted on the internet, which started another Cyber witch hunt, making people think this might give away another victim.
The woman is only known as Baek. She is in a police investigation for spreading false rumors online that revealed loan sharks of the person who gave billions of won to the passed away actor, Ahn Jae-Hwan, which drove him to cmit suicide. This rumors put Choi Jin Shil to stress and caused her to hang herself on October 2.
Baek said that she recieved some rumors from a one of her friend through an online messenger, according to the police. This investigation were not able to get the conversation that took place.
This Tuesday, a picture of Baek was released all around the internet. Netizens went so far that they shared what university she went to, which church she goes to and photographs of her and her boyfriend.
Rain comes back with Kim Sun-A October 10, 2008

Rain didn’t release his new album, or the music video for his song “Love Story”, but he came back with Kim Sun-A instead?
He took crowds with a “oooh” with his dance “Me. Rain. Dance”. According to some reporters, Rain didn’t only have good style and good moves but his voice grew three times better and made a new dance move using a cane.
It will premiere on MBC on October 17th.
Rain looks really cool! I can’t wait till it comes out, the dance seems really extraordinary.

One of Japan’s popular actress, Horikita Maki, celebrated her 20th birthday and a memorial and appreciation party, at one of Tokyo’s hotel on October 6th. Approximately 250 media showed up for Horikita Maki’s birthday to write down information and take pictures. She also said she had a private party at home with her lovely parents.
After that she was asked about boyfriends. she replied saying “I don’t have a boyfriend at the moment, but I’d like to do my best to find one from now on. I’d like to be married within 10 years. I hope I’ll still be attractive then.”
Horikita Maki is also acting a new drama called “Innocent love” and will air on October 20 on Fuji TV.
