9Nine Restarts With New Label

The ex-nine member group will be moving to another label and revealed that they will becoming a “Performing girls unit”. They will be switching to SME Records and this caused their lineup to change at the end of last month.

9Nine began in 2005 and as the years went by it was caught to a whopping five. Then Moe Miura and Madoka Shimogaki left the group and only three members were left. But the company added two new members to keep the group size at five.

The remaining members are Uki Satake (18), Sayaka Nishiwaki (17), and Umika Kawashima (16). Joining them are Kanae Yoshii (17) and Hirona Murata (13). They will have their own show on MX-TV, but the title is unknown. Much about what they will do in the future is not known.
